The Panhellenic Workshops of the Working Groups of the Hellenic Society of Cardiology were held from 12 to 14 February 2026 in Thessaloniki, bringing together a large number of cardiologists, resident physicians, and healthcare professionals from across Greece.
3 days of Workshops regarding Cardiology
Throughout the three-day event, a rich and multifaceted scientific programme was presented, focusing on the latest developments in cardiology. Lectures were delivered by distinguished experts who analyzed updated clinical guidelines and recent research findings, with particular emphasis on the integration of theoretical knowledge into clinical practice.
Of particular interest were the round table discussions, where contemporary topics such as the management of heart failure, the treatment of arrhythmias, and modern interventional techniques were addressed. These sessions were characterized by strong interaction, active audience participation, and the exchange of views among specialists.
In parallel, clinical workshops and case-based presentations were organized, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of practical diagnostic and therapeutic issues. These interactive sessions enhanced the educational value of the workshops, as they were based on the analysis of everyday clinical challenges.
Furthermore, space was provided for younger physicians to present research work and clinical experiences, contributing to the development of scientific dialogue and the strengthening of the new generation of cardiologists.
Overall, the workshops served as a dynamic platform for the exchange of knowledge and experience, promoting continuing medical education and collaboration in the field of cardiology, with the ultimate goal of improving patient care.
